Since this post is longer than the other one: I repeat what I said there.
Actually after the major pvp update 2 weeks ago I was waiting for a major pve update... The only good thing I see is the improved henchmen AI (allthough it will take some time to see if its really better). For the rest, I dont care. In fact I'm disappointed about the Underworld/Fissure changes. Not that it means a change to me (I dont go there since I've no regular party to go there) but I hoped to go there one day with a full party of level 20 henchmen... Sigh.

The new gladiator armor looks pretty good to me. I never understood why gladiator armor was in the game or why it was chosen for energy buffs. Roman gladiator armor was minimal for various reasons, but one was to heighten the risk factor and thus please the crowds. Also, many, if not most, gladiators wore wrappings around their midsections to minimize the embarrassment of having their entrails spill out. It was worn for theatrics -- to show off skill, to make fights shorter, etc. -- and wasn't good campaign armor. Anyway, this set looks better than the pre-ascension stuff.

Maybe gladiators with ascended armor won't be quite so cold in the Shiverpeaks. -1 to Hypothermia.

Good update, nice suttle changes. Nothing to extreme to piss anyone off.
Druids looks pretty cool, I found something to do with all the money sitting in my storage that is. Gladiators also looks really cool IMO, that arm will grow on you peoples, trust me.
You people who haven't gotten Lina yet should enjoy her, much better than Alesia, helps out a lot.

Hmm...the 15k gladiator's armor takes a more historic approach. Back in the time of the Roman's, gladiator's armor looked like this due to the fact their fighting stance would be an armored shoulder towards the enemy. Basically they stood sideways, not flat. This way the right shoulder would always be towards the enemy, maximizing the protection.
Well...I'm dissapointed with female gladiator's armor. It seems as though the dev's have gotten hornier, so they just decided to make BOTH 15k druids and gladiator's female chestpieces just bras. The Druid's set is especially skanky.

Mmm... not very excited here, happy but not screaming off the walls. I'm glad for the new update to Guild Announcement length, and happy for the Druid Armor finally being updated. I'm very pleased with the AoE spell updates, no more massive exhaustion with Meteor or Meteor Storm when my first target dies -_-;
P.S. Anyone got a pic of the female Ascended Gladiator Armor?

the only thing that bugs me about the update is the removal of the strings at the bottom of the female 15k Pyro Dress skirt or what ever the hell it is

Great stuff if you ask me. AoE has been bugging me ever since I acquired firestorm, and thanks to protection hench I can finally ditch the cultist henchman at the desert.

Yeah, now I don't waste tons of energy when things die moments before spells go off.
Anyone got pictures of male/female druid armour, and female gladiator?
